TELKOM pathetic service

I am disgusted at the service that I am receiving from Telkom . I app**** for a landline with fiber for my business 4 weeks ago at the store at the Glen . Upto date I haven't received any feedback from Telkom. This is pathetic service from Telkom. How can it take 4 weeks to get a landline installed. TELKOM obviously has people employed who dont know what the hell is going on. DO YOUR JOB TELKOM. YOUR SALES AND SERVICE IS PATHETIC.
