Telkom pathetic service
What a struggle with telkom and whenever you call in. You just get told they see nothing and then you have to explain the same issue again. Been sitting without service for over 3 days. No one can tell me why this occurred, now all of a sudden I owe money. For what?

30 Sept 2025, 09:36A whole week later and not a single response. I make the effort to call and then get told it's still in process, meanwhile you had no problem to debit me when you want your money.
