Telkom Pathetic service

In 2019 i paid telkom 1300 outstanding amount and I canceled the cell phone contract a year later they made me pay R 3216.60 on 1 december 2020 they were still checking on there system to refund me 3216.60 but now again they say my contract is not canceled need to pay R 468. Am tired of telkom every year calling me asking to pay.
