Telkom pathetic service

pathetic service from telkom, call in to the call centre to get resolution due to on going low LTE speeds. I get told this is due to throttling and there is no higher plan I can move too. I have the highest un capped plan and I'm still experiencing slow speeds. no resolution from telkom what so ever. the agent advises me basically I need to live with it, how do you pay R900 for a service a month and get absolutely no service when there is a problem. I asked to speak to a manager twice after holding for hours on the line and still don't have a call from a manager.
