at the BEGINNING of Feb I requested assistance in CANCELLING a debit order and asked for direction to pay via EFT

I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE

I then managed to make payment through the Telkom Portal.

HOWEVER. The amount HAS NOT been adjusted and now i am receiving THREATENING smses from Telkom
