Telkom pathetic service

Most pathetic service ever,I phoned Telkom today, after holding for 30 minutes they answer but **** the call, I phoned back and held on for 40 min before someone answered. Thereafter a lady, Boitumelo Maponya assisted me and sent me an email with instructions what I should do, she told me to email her back if I had any problems and she will assist. I was so impressed, I have her an excellent rating but my problem was not solved as yet. I rep**** to her email and asked questions whereafter I received no response, my problem is still not sorted and then I receive an invoice from Telkom for my ****le and data I can not use. The queues at Telkom Tygervalley are ridiculous and the employees very rude. 2 Shops and 1 are closed till further notice, no notice that there is another shop in the mall. I will definitely cancel my contract with Telkom when it expires.
