Telkom pathetic service

Pathetic service. Land-line not working for more than a week. Made numerous calls only to be told that I must do the same thing over and over in order to fix the problem. Router send to wrong address, promises made to contact us over the weekend, heard nothing tried again this morning spoke to an operate for 52 minutes just to hear right at the end what I already knew AND told her at the beginning of our conversation. Please assist!!!!!!!
