Telkom Pathetic service

The service from Telkom is pathetic. I called the call centyer yesterday to complain that my data went "missing" only to be told by the call center agent that i actually used up the data. According to my calculation i am at least 9 gigs short. The lady in the call center was commpletely unhelpfull. Truly Pathetic service The second point - they have never been able to activate the 3rd and 4th sim cards and failed to supply the wireless charger as advertised. I have finally given up
