Telkom-Pathetic service

Telkom is the most pathetic service I have ever come across.

I cancelled my land-line 3 months ago. The consultant told me it takes 30 days to cancel. The following month it was confirmed it has been canceled and I was not billed.

This month, I have no line but my account is been billed. What is going on Telkom????
