Telkom pathetic service

I have app**** for a new line, they where suppose to install it yesterday now everytime I phone there is a new excuse, then its open serve that tells me its telkom then is telkom telling me it open serve, when I speak to open serve technicals in our town they tell me telkom did not give them a order when you phone the excuse of a call centre agents and demand to speak to a supervisor, they tell you he is busy or they have log a complain so the supervisor will call you back that by the way never happens, to think at the end of the day you going to have to pay a service and even before it starts there is no such thing as a service from Telkom, I already have a username etc oh but no line to use it on, this is the most worse isp in the country I wonder how they are still in business even
