TELKOM PATHETIC SERVICE

Reference 8CRI250219 No Feedback except for an sms saying the problem was resolved. No Phone call received. I logged this call on behalf of a client that is having problems with their ADSL line. Telkom is useless. they supposedly fix the problem but never do and are never on site to verify physically that the issue is resolved. i logged this call last week 25 Feb 2019. WHEN WILL TEKOM GET ITS ACT TOGETHER AND ACTUALLY HAVE A TECHNICIAN ONSITE TO CONFIRM WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE OR LOOKED AT!!!!!
