Telkom pathetic service

My Telkom account that I received 4 Feb says “Due by 26 Feb”. Yesterday, 21 Feb they suspended my account due to money owing - but according to my account is only due on 26th! No- one can help at the branches & on the phone u don’t get to speak to a person! Now it’s weekend so it will be off for a week before I get help! How do I CANCEL my contract?
