Telkom pathetic service

Thk u for assisting with my prev qury howevr i cannot get anyone to assist with the instalation since my qury has been resolved trying to get an appointment for instalation i am told to wait 48 hours and after waiting as requested then call agen i am told to wait another 48 hours i need this urgently cos i have to work frm home but i am experiencing so much problems and the agents has not interested in going the extra mile all they say is 48 hrs i dont knw wht to do anymore i am at my wits end
