Telkom pathetic service

We took out a contract November 2018 with telkom for uncapped wifi. We have not even received a router but we are getting billed every month. After going to social media the Telkom social media team phoned me and made an appointment to install my wifi on 11 February 2019. I stayed at home waiting for the installers. And again nobody came out. They make promises and ***** your money. Telkom is pathetic and I will never recommend them to anyone. 3 months down the line and still dont have my wifi but they deducted money off my account.
