Telkom Pathetic service

Telkom doesn't even deserve one star.... Worst service ever receive. They bring out the worst in a person. They received payment but still suspend your line, and they can confirm payment to you but can't lift the suspension as protocol is 10 to 15 days and when asked to speak to a supervisor I was told the supervisor is working from home and if him/ her will have to call me back him/ her will have to use their own phone as they don't have access to email or phones at home and this was 7:45am on 31 October 2018 Katlego is the consultant I spoke to and to date the line is still suspended and we have called over ten times for this to be rectified and spoke to several Akonas, Ntombi, Tulsa.... No Help!!!
