Telkom pathetic service

I logged a call on Monday 27/08/2018. Till now 31/08/2018 I have not even received a sms to notify of the state. My line has been down since the 25/08/2018. I've spoken to a Sibongile and a Silingile and both were pathetic and unhelpful. My reference number is ********** 7. I use the line for business and its costing me revenue.
