Telkom pathetic service

Disappointed with Telkom service that has been deteriorating of late, I have visited Telkom stores and also called call center but l never got help. Firstly I have been having issues were whatsapp hardly works when you have used 2Gigs, this I`m told you resolve by topping up data or changing your data plan - this don`t make sense as I will still be having normal data. WHY CAN`T WHATSAPP THEN UTILIZE NORMAL DATA????

Secondly my bank account was over debited by R1 500 and on top of that my line suspended for nonpayment. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE ????? TELKOM OWES ME AND STILL SUSPENDS MY LINE.?????? I HAVE CALLED THE CALL CENTER MANAGER (CLIFFORD JHB) AND AGAIN DID NOT GET ANY HELP, THEY EVEN DROPPED THE LINE AND NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL BACK.

YOU HAVE GREAT INFRASTRUCTURE BUT SIMPLE CAN`T GET YOUR SERVICE RIGHT. YOU USED TO HAVE GREAT SERVICE, WHAT HAPPENED?
