Telkom pathetic service.

Telkom have been having technical issues since last Thursday the 5th July 2018 and 6 days later still the same no change .phone Lines and Internet are down.My business has come to a stand still !Secondly at month end they would debit Me for the full Amount even tho services had been down ? Thirdly online portal never works .Pathetic service.definitely going to reconsider service provider.
