Telkom pathetic service
Unbelievable bad service from Telkom. Waiting now since the end of the month to have my adsl line sorted out. No one can give me feedback as to when my line will be sorted but I must pay a full months of adsl line without having any internet. You’re on Telkom!!!!

Thank you for the feedback now which is 4 weeks late and now I need to struggle with the claims department to give me my money back for the time that my ADSL line was down as Telkom have already debited my account with the full amount. If I had to reverse the debit now I am sure someone from Telkom would contact me immediately!!
