Telkom Pathetic Service

To whom it may concern

My wife and I have taken out cellphone contract in January 2018 R249 x24months,contract number ********** 346,Huawei P10lite,includes 1gig data pm,100mins pm,50 sms per day and a promotional 30gigs data (10gigs data pm for 3months). In January we have still not recieve the promotional data ,its 17 February 2018 and still no promo data. My wife has been in constant contact with the Telkom Branch at the Chatsworth Centre,Durban,and queries upon queries have been esculated and still we left extremely frustrated due to the pathetic service from Telkom for non deliverence of service.I have numerous reference that even said this case has been resolved as well as confirmed by telkom support centre which is clearly not resolved.Telkom has advised the product with the 30 gigs promotional data and that's what had sold us .This is now false advertising . I require this matter to be Urgently investigated and to be given feedback with the outcome. We have both moved over to Telkom network from Cell C but did not expect this pathetic service .
