Telkom PATHETIC SERVICE

I have reported a fault on my adsl line & as usual Telkom DO NOTHING TO FIX IT. Now my landline is not working. I have contacted telkom four times in the past week & all I'm told to do us reset modem & "give it some time & if it still doesnt work phone back". My adsl has not been working for the past 3 weeks & now my landline is dead.
