Telkom- Pathetic Service

<p>Over a month ago, our external line pole fell down due to heavy rains, both the electric cables and telephone cables were exposed and damaged.</p> <p>The electric cables were repaired within 24 hours however we are still waiting for Telkom to come through and repair.</p> <p>I made numerous calls to the department and still no joy.</p> <p>When I contacted them today, a gentleman said that my call cant be transferred to the Tech department because they are offline.</p> <p>So then if the Technical fault department is offline....THEN WHO DO WE CALL?</p> <p>Please help me get through to this *********** bunch of people.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
