Telkom pathetic service

The most horrible experience ever... With service like this I don't know how you are still in business.... I would like to complain about my fibre service I need management to phone me back immediately.... I have been waiting for management to call me for weeks... Technical and sales aren't helping me their service is absolutely pathetic. Waiting for 1 damn sms to activate my fibre services since the 1st week in February I have been struggling with them... Can someone advise me where I need to be or do to get this sorted out...
