Telkom pathetic service

<p>This is the second month in a row that Telkom has deducted money off my wife's account incorrectly and both times when this was found out and queried a simple shrug of the shoulders was given and said it won't happen again and that our telkom account will be credited with the variance. </p> <p> </p> <p>To any normal person this is nothing other than glorified theft. "The money is still available for you to use somewhere in the future, but we are taking it now and forcing you to spend it with us", is pretty much what this is saying. </p>
