Telkom pathetic service !!

Since 10 March 2021 our internet signal in Brackenfell, Protea Heights is pathetic wit a download speed of 1,42mbs and upload speed of 0,42mbs clearly stating there is a problem. I use a Telkom router for internet and reported the problem. Yesterday, 15 March 2021 a was called by a Telkom consultant implying I'm stupid and do not know how to solve the problem on my own or how to use the router, which I use or almost four years now. When I tried to explain that both my neighbors have exactly the same problem and that we had the same problem last year when the Brackenfell tower was faulty, he told me that is not his problem. Then he took my detalis and told me to hold on, the next thing a survey comes up and then just "Thank you for calling Telkom" and the line went dead !! NO help or service from Telkom at all. I will definitely think twice before renewing my contract with them this year. This is pathetic !!
