Telkom PATHETIC Service

I am so frustrated and irritated with Telkom, their service is absolutely pathetic. The telkom lines in Laudium were ****** around the beginning of October, Telkom did not inform us that they will not be fixing the ADSL lines and all customers had to upgrade to LTE. This was the beginning of my nightmare. Igt is over a month now and I am still truing to sort this out. I have called Telkom about 10 times and the consultant tells me that the order is being processed and it will take 7 working days for them to being me the router. When I call back they say that the order was cancelled because I have a ADSL line. This is the story every week without fail. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, i am told that they are on training. I sincerely wish that this training would be for customer service because their service is pathetic . This is just about lies, lies and more lies!!!! The best part is that I had to still pay the monthly fee for a line that was not working for an entire month!!!
