Telkom... Pathetic & Poor services! A waste.

Telkom decided to upgrade my router and contract without any notification or approval from me. As a result my wifi services has interrupted since 16 November 2019. Finally my services were reconnected on 10 December 2019 literally for 1 day and then disconnected. They've billed me for a full month of November (which I paid) and for upgrade costs of R3000!!! I call their billing department and they cannot assist. All that they say is that my account reflects as up-to-date and they've emailed some department (who surprisingly doesn't have a phone number... I mean really Telkom?) And now I must wait. Telkom's service is disgusting. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's pathetic.
