Telkom pathetic internet service

<p>It's been a month now that we are having endless problems with our telkom internet services.. firstly telkom call center consultants are rude and have no manners, they scream and shout at you when it's not your fault that they don't know how to do their jobs , proper training is definitely needed . Secondly our internet has been down for almost a month with calls made to telkom atleast 10 times a day , we were promised a technician will come to the premises... Tarmi I am still waiting for over a week to grace us with your presence !! They have sent us on a wild goose chase saying we have problems with our router, it's not a suprise that once again there is nothing wrong with the router, I would never advise anyone to sign a contract with telkom.. I would rate them probably negative numbers!!!! </p>
