Telkom pathetic!!

Telkom has no clue on customer service, very unprofessional staff, more than a month and still waiting for my full service to be restored, the don't care attitude is appalling, as an entity they are disconnected , there is no management structure to address client complaints, absolutely disgusting, now to find a decent telecom service provider, clearly Telkom has no interest in my business...
