Telkom - Pathetic. DO NOT CONSIDER THEM

Telkom has the most pathetic, useless, lazy and *********** staff that this earth has ever seen. After paying off my contract in full they clone my contract and blacklist me for the paid contract AND the cloned contract. After a full investigation was done they only provide me with one paid up letter and expect me to wait another 7 to 10 working days for the second letter on the cloned account. Logically two letters should be provided but it does not seem like logic is a quality that Telkom poses. And yet call center agent continue to cut my calls and NO managers return calls, 3 weeks later.
