Telkom - Pathetic customer service

HI,

I have been a customer for years and iv never been this disgusted by the level of service.

before my last payment i have requested that my contract to be cancelled. my last payment was made and yet i am still receiving monthly bills for a sim card that has not been used since forever .

I call their call center every month with the same issue but nothing seems to resolved. There are countless of notes on their system on my cancellation. Not only do they have notes

I have not used the services provided.

This is pathetic
