Telkom pathetic customer service

for the last two months i tried taking a contract with them , first order i was told only when i called after a week the agent told me the order was cancelled . 2nd time everything went through and got approved then two days later was told was next accepted , 3rd time trying everything went through and got confirmed and now im told they cannot find this order on the system even with the reference number i had been giving. telkom is honestly so unprofessionall when it comes to customer service
