Telkom pathetic customer service

Telkom mobile your service is absolutely pathetic. Your customer care staff is not properly trained. Our phones have been cut since Monday even though they have been paid. We were told it takes 24 to 48 hours to reconnect. Today they say 7 to 14 working days. Banking details have been changed on the 4 of June 2017. Yet they are still trying the old account. In answer to your question on your survey I will be zero percent likely to recommend telkom to family and friends in fact I warn against it.
