I have taken a contract with telkom December 2021. However the device was faulty, we returned and they sent another which was also faulty. So we returned that one to.

Basically both phones were returned. To date this amount has not been refunded to my account of R4815.00 as they charged me stating that I have the phone with me, yet the pick up slip was emailed and the telkom consultant has acknowledged this and a refunded was promised several times.
