Telkom pathetic ADSL service

<p>I supposedly have a subscription for an uncapped ADSL package with a 4mb line from Telkom. For the past month I have rarely even reached half of the claimed speed and my avg ping is 700 - 900ms. This is just pathetic considering the fee that Telkom is charging for this "service".</p>
