Telkom pathetic accounts

We have been waiting for Telkom to amend our account and remove a number we are not the owners of for 8 months already. Now they want to suspend my account because I will NOT pay a line for someone else. I have approached my attorneys and have lodged a complaint against them at the Ombud. They are not playing fair and I believe they have no clue what they are doing ... unhappy is an understatement.
