Telkom pathetic

If there was a zero stars option I would take it today...trying to get a data balance today was like looking for snow in the Sahara. Just no option. I usually press 4 and they give an updated balance. I've just recharged, and its impossible to get to where I can just check my balance. Really Telkom, you are the worst. Pathetic service. And it should actually be so easy...why is it so difficult for Telkom I wonder?
