Telkom pathetic

<p>Good day people, please don't use telkom, I will not advise anyone to take a contract with telkom,I have a month to month contract with them for over 4 years, every month they get their money on time, just this month my funds came 1 day late and telkom charges me R200.40 penalty fee , how pathetic is that, after 4 loyal years, I couldn't believe it, not even the banks fee was that much, I will make it my duty to go to papers and tell everyone not to use telkom, I call to speak to a manager and obviously they to busy, please don't use telkom they pathetic.</p>
