Telkom pathetic

Pathetic doesn't even begin to describe Telkom's service..9 Dec 2021 logged request to relocate Wi-Fi to new address. To date nothing except unfulfilled promises. Telkom has the audacity to debit acc for wi-fi services not rendered and tell you their glorified technicians do not work on weekends. With such bad economy you still get special breed of people not working weekends. Telkom indeed Pathetic service provider.
