Telkom Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the 3rd month I am struggling with Telkom. I app**** for SmartBroadband Wireless Fibre Unc all hours. Since I changed to this package. They keep on billing me for Business Uncapped 20Mbps for R981.58 each and every month. The I have to phone Telkom and the put in an dispute on my account to remove the amount. I have phoned in just now and they gave be the Business no to cancel that ***. Ha, Ha , Ha,, Ha when I phone this no I get "the number you have dialed does not exist" Can Telkom please get someone to contact me to sort this problem out now.
