Telkom Pathetic. 376 days later my account still not closed

Requested my account to be closed 07/12/2017. 1 Year 11 Days nothing happened. Reported Telkom on this platform 16/12/2018 and threaten to hand them over to our lawyer. They reacted promising to resolve the issue. Now 1 year and 11 Days later; I will hand them over for further steps to be taken. I do not wish to be blacklisted, however at the rate Telkom is dealing with the situation, I will be blacklisted. This is no longer an issue of anger or frustration; just sheer disbelieve at how pathetic Telkom is. I hope the Telkom monopoly will end soon in South Africa for you are truly pathetic.
