Telkom pathetic

Telkom is pathetic, went to Rica my sim and was told that it will take 7 days to activate, went home a chatted online with an agent from Telkom and said it's not true the 7 days. She said I must go back to activate it. Telkom sends you for pilar to post and it seems their employees does not even know what is going on. And obviously they don't care because they do not even reposnd on Hello Peter. Will go with another provider.
