TELKOM Pathetic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to get my Telkom LTE router cancelled for the past 4 months. You can't get through on there telephone lines. I have send numerous emails and no reply, no the emails start bouncing back. You can' complain about the service as there is no service to complain about. They are pathetic. I want someone to contact me to cancel my line
