Telkom Pathetic!!!

I have cancelled our Telkom landline on the 19/02/2018 and still receiving invoices. How ridiculous is it. How difficult it is to cancel a Telkom line????? How difficult can it be? When you lock into Telkom online service you have so many places where you can pay your bill but you don't have any way to cancel it. Pathetic!!!
