Telkom Pathetic

<p>My land line/internet has been down for 3 weeks ,this is the start of 4th week .I have reported the fault in excess of 9 times and have had about 6 freinds report the fault. An engineer was going to visit us about 10 days ago and never turned up.</p> <p>The Telkom shop's suggestion to rectify the situation is to sell us a wireless service rather than getting somone to recify the land line.I live on Montrose Pietermaritzburg not in the country side were cables are ******.</p>
