Telkom pathetic

Telkom is pathetic, I phoned them numerous times to change my banking details which they didn't do on their end they tried to take of the wrong account abd it bounced I immediately made a payment to them "their mistake". So this month I get a bill from them charging me for bouncing debit order which was their fault and even though they did receive their payment the very next day.

I also canceled my contract with them of which I have to hear they closed the case and didn't cancel my contract I have to phone them back to cancel

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC
