Hi, my phone was ******, and I urgently need a SIM swap because many important things are linked to my number. However, it seems impossible to retrieve my number as the only option is to visit the store, but they’re constantly offline. I've made three trips to the store, driving all the way from Belhar. On my first visit, the lady was sleeping at her desk and, after waking up, informed me that they were offline. On my second and third visits, a gentleman approached me each time, only to tell me that they were offline again. I’m confused as to how they can be offline for an entire month. They show no empathy or willingness to help – no one even bothered to check their computers to see if they were still offline. It’s the worst service. The doors are open, but they’re offline, and it’s costing me so much unnecessary money in travel. What exactly are they doing if they’re always offline? Terrible service, and I regret being a customer. Once I get my number back, I’ll be switching to another network other than Telkom.
