Telkom paid up letter

In October 2019 i app**** for a 10meg line and router from telkom. A month later I haven't received any router and then decided to cancel the deal. Every month they will call me and ask for payment, and have to explain the whole story to them, with the reply: they will look into it. A year later i cant get a home loan cause telkom blacklisted me for something i haven't received. I then payed them them there moneys said was owed to clear my name and get a paid up letter. Been calling customer care every day, and all that is said is " sorry for the inconvenience"
