Telkom Paid Up Letter

Paid Up Letter I cant get a paid up Letter from Telkom for over 9 months now I canselled my account about 9 months ago I even have credit with Telkom Telkom has reported me incorrectlu with TrandUnion, Compuscan, and other Credit Bureaus. The Credit Bureaus demand a Paid Up Letter from Telkom to clear my name - cant buy another house, car, etc because of incorrect Bad Credit Record, because Telkom can not mail me a Paid Up Letter. I cant get a paid up Letter from Telkom for over 9 months now. My closed Telkom Account Number is ***
