Telkom - Paid in Full but Credit Report Not Updated - ***

I paid my Telkom account *** in FULL on 14 August 2026 via VVM Attorneys Ref ***8. I have a Paid Up Letter. Telkom Case ***8 was marked as concluded on 12 Sept and SMS said credit will be app****, but my credit report at TransUnion / Experian / XDS still shows outstanding balance, not PAID UP R0. I emailed proof but no update. Please urgently update all 4 bureaus to PAID UP, Settled, R0 balance, date 14 Aug 2026. This is affecting my credit score. Siphelele Mncwango ***
